Check compatibility
Go to Settings → General → About. Scroll down and look for EID — if it's there, your iPhone supports eSIM. (iPhone XS and newer)

Open cellular settings
Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.

Scan the QR code
Tap "Use QR Code" and scan the QR code from your email. You'll need a second device or print the QR code to scan it.

Label your eSIM
Give your eSIM a name (e.g. "Travel SIM") so you can easily identify it later.

Enable data roaming
Go to Settings → Cellular → [your eSIM] and turn on Data Roaming. Then select it as your data line.

Check compatibility
Go to Settings → About phone. Look for EID — if it's there, your device supports eSIM.

Open network settings
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → tap "Add SIM" or the + button.

Scan QR code
Select "Scan QR code" and scan the code from your email. Use a second device or print the QR code.

Activate the eSIM
Confirm the activation when prompted. The eSIM will download and install automatically.

Enable data roaming
Go to Settings → Network → Mobile network, select your eSIM and enable Roaming.

Check compatibility
Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer support eSIM. Go to Settings → About phone → Status and look for EID.

Open connections
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM card manager → tap "Add mobile plan".

Scan QR code
Tap "Scan carrier QR code" and scan the QR from your email on a second device.

Confirm & activate
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the plan details and activate your eSIM.

Set as data SIM
In SIM card manager, select your new eSIM as the Mobile data SIM and enable data roaming.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to remove my physical SIM?
No! eSIM works alongside your physical SIM. You can keep your regular number for calls and use the eSIM for data.
When does my plan start?
Most plans activate when you first connect to a network at your destination. Some activate immediately upon installation — check your plan details.
Can I top up my eSIM?
Yes! Log in to your account and go to "My eSIMs" to purchase a top-up for your existing eSIM without reinstalling.
What if my QR code doesn't work?
Make sure you have a stable WiFi connection during installation. If the issue persists, contact our support team and we'll resend your QR code immediately.
Is my phone unlocked?
Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM from a different provider. Most phones bought outright are unlocked. Check with your carrier if unsure.
