These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoSmile website and services operated by GOSMILE TECHNOLOGY LTD, registered in the United Kingdom. By purchasing an eSIM or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

GoSmile provides digital eSIM data plans for international travellers. We act as a reseller of eSIM services provided by third-party network operators. Upon successful payment, you will receive an eSIM activation code and QR code delivered to your email address.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from GoSmile
• Your device must be unlocked and eSIM-compatible
• You are responsible for ensuring eSIM compatibility before purchase

3. Payments

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Your purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

4. eSIM Delivery

• Your eSIM will be delivered to your email address immediately after payment
• Delivery may be delayed in rare cases due to technical issues — if so, contact us at support@gosmilesim.com
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are final once the eSIM has been delivered
• If you experience a technical issue preventing eSIM activation, contact us within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
• No refunds are provided for unused data or expired plans

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or transfer your eSIM to another person
• Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions on our platform

7. Service Availability

eSIM coverage and network availability depend on our third-party providers. GoSmile does not guarantee uninterrupted network coverage in all locations. Coverage maps are provided as a guide only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOSMILE TECHNOLOGY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
